The team at Pole Royaltee hope you love your purchase. In the event that it may not fit quite right, or you're needing an exchange; we offer a 14 Day Return Policy in the form of store credit.
Store Credit Eligibility for Returns
- Original packaging and all tags attached.
- Returned and received by our team within 14 Days.
- Unworn, unused and unwashed. (No odours, blemishes or signs of physical wear)
- The customer is responsible for all Shipping Return charges.
- Any items that do not meet this criteria will not be refunded or exchanged.
Faulty Items
Should you receive a faulty product, you must contact us immediately within 3 business days of receiving the product via our Contact Us Page.
Store Credit Eligibility for Faulty Item/s
- Contact us within 3 Business Days via our Contact Page and email poleroyaltee@gmail.com with a photo image of the faulty item.
- Unused in the same condition that it was received.
- Original packaging and all tags attached.
- Returned and received by our team within 14 days.
- The customer is responsible for all Shipping Return charges.
Important Information
- Any store credits issued by the Pole Royaltee team are valid for 6 (six) months from the date of issue. Non transferable and in AUD currency only.
